Shipping methods and costs

1. Store pickup in Wrocław: ul. Św. Jadwigi 9, Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00. Store pickup is free.
2. Local courier in Wrocław: PLN 17. Delivery is free for orders over PLN 250.
3. InPost parcel locker: PLN 8.99. Delivery is free for orders over PLN 250.
4. InPost courier: PLN 8.99. Delivery is free for orders over PLN 250.
5. DPD: PLN 17. Delivery is free for orders over PLN 250.

International shipping and oversized parcels

Shipping costs for destinations outside Poland are calculated individually. A member of our team will contact you with the details.

If the parcel exceeds 41 × 38 × 64 cm, shipping will cost more. In this case, we will contact you by phone to explain the additional charges.

Order processing and delivery times

Products are dispatched on the day the order is placed or on the first working day after the order is placed. Order fulfilment, including dispatch, takes 2–5 days.

If processing takes longer, we will contact you to explain the delay and confirm whether you would like to proceed with your order.

The date you receive your parcel depends on both the order processing time and the delivery time.

For bank transfers, additional time is required for the transfer to be processed. For card payments, additional time may be required for authorisation by the external payment provider.

• InPost: delivery within 2–3 days.
• Poczta Polska: delivery usually within 2–5 days.
• Local courier in Wrocław: delivery on the day the order is placed or on the next working day after dispatch from our warehouse.

Payment methods

1. Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when you receive your order. In some cases, Rikkinail may contact you by phone for additional order confirmation.
2. Bank transfer: pay through online banking or at a bank branch. Once the ordered product has been reserved, we will email you our bank account details and the amount due. After the payment has been credited to Rikkinail’s bank account, your order will be sent to the warehouse for dispatch preparation.
3. Online payment via Przelewy24: pay with Visa, Mastercard or BLIK. Online payment is available for all product categories.
